Cancellation Policy:

We have a full cancellation policy in effect.  The time you choose to schedule is a time specifically set aside for you. If you are unable to make the appointment, please call us with a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid full cancellation fee. With this notice, it will allow us to offer the time to another individual on our waiting list. We appreciate your understanding and consideration in respect to this policy.

Return Policy:

Spa credit will be given on all unopened returns within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of our Éminence® Skin Care products.

Full refunds will be given on all unopened Éminence® Skin Care products when returned within 14 days from date of purchase. After 14 days of purchase, spa credit will be given.

Returns on any opened Éminence® products are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Spa credit will be given for any opened product returned after 7 days from the date of purchase.

We do not accept any returns after 30 days of purchase.
